The Deal4Good Training Curriculum (PR2) is a key project output designed to strengthen knowledge, skills, and competences in the field of Socially Public Procurement (SPP) and the social economy. The curriculum provides a comprehensive learning pathway for future professionals who aim to bridge the gap between social enterprises and public authorities, promoting the use of procurement as a tool for social impact and inclusive growth.
The curriculum consists of eight thematic modules covering the essential areas required to understand, implement, and promote SPP practices. The modules address:
- Module 1: Introduction to Social Public Procurement & Social Economy;
- Module 2: Legislation and Regulations on Social Public Procurement;
- Module 3: Assessing the Needs of Social Enterprises;
- Module 4: Bid Preparation and Presentation;
- Module 5 – Contract Management and Social Impact Monitoring;
- Module 6: Building Partnerships Between Social Enterprises and Contracting Authorities in Social Public Procurement;
- Module 7: Social Impact Assessment: From Good Intentions to Measurable Change;
- Module 8: Advocacy and Policy Influence.
The programme primarily targets graduates from socio-economic and related disciplines, equipping them with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to operate effectively in the evolving landscape of socially responsible procurement.
